Tesamorelin – Research Peptide (GHRH Analog)

Tesamorelin is a synthetic peptide analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH). It is designed to interact with GHRH receptors in the anterior pituitary and is commonly studied in laboratory research involving growth hormone regulatory pathways and endocrine signaling. Through activation of GHRH receptors, tesamorelin may stimulate the release of endogenous growth hormone and influence downstream insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) activity, making it of interest in studies examining growth hormone axis physiology.

A pharmaceutical formulation of tesamorelin has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the reduction of excess visceral abdominal fat in HIV-infected patients with lipodystrophy. The material offered here is not a pharmaceutical product and is supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes.
